Lead position open Resumes needed/WPM $18hr. 1st shift possible for weekends as well IMPORTANT: Candidate Must have lead/supervisor experience. Computer & warehouse experience. MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION & PEOPLE SKILLS Essential duties & responsibilities: Assist assigning duties & leading the team to efficient & effective processing of returns that meets or Exceeds company needs & standards. Perform inspections on returned products, subassemblies or finished products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and or visual criteria. Identify, approve or reject products as required. Accurately document the results of the inspections. Check measurements and identification of incoming returns, material, parts & components. Participate in the construction &/ or revision of SOP's for the inspection function. Evaluate problems & make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervisor's Oversee, teach and complete cycle counts. Coordinate re-boxing from one brand to another Assist with TO receipts of overstock & QC product from other DC's Inspects physical conditions of warehouse routinely to ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and maintained. | |
