JobsRUs.com is seeking Line cooks for a local Wisconsin Dells waterpark resort. Essential Job Functions include: Produce and serve all foods, steak, chicken, and various kinds of seafood Work several different stations, including prep, carver, sauté, and dessert. Create the highest guest satisfaction possible by having a clean, organized, well-stocked work area. Perform and complete other assigned duties. Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards on a daily basis. Experience: Required- 1 year experience working in a fine dining restaurant Preferred- 2-year experience as a chef in a fine-dining restaurant Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: The ability to work with other people effectively and with other staff positions is important. Must be trainable and take instruction to learn the position. Pay and Benefits - Hourly rate: $14.75 per hour. - Training Included: Comprehensive lifeguard training for all hired candidates, including refresher courses for experienced lifeguards to ensure everyone is well-prepared and up-to-date with the latest safety protocols.
