CorTech, LLC is currently hiring for and Administrative Assistant for a large well-known catering and food service company in Detroit, MI. Candidate must have prior experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant. Work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30pm with occasional overtime. Duties include: Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate contact or voicemail. Greet and assist visitors. Handle administrative tasks related to internal meetings and events, including managing internal conference and training room bookings, food and beverage arrangements, and ensuring cleanliness. Handle administrative tasks related to external meetings and events, including sourcing external meeting spaces, contract negotiations, and arranging food and beverages. Other tasks as needed. Skills required.: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information. Strong communication and customer service skills. At least one year of experience in a related role. Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree preferred. Please submit resume | |
