CorTech is seeking to hire a Materials Handler 2 for our client in Houston, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.00/Hour Shift: 1 st Shift Start and End Time 7am-4pm Required knowledge and experience of warehouse responsibilities as follows: Inbound material verification Fulfill production kitting requirements (pick materials) accurately and by the established deadlines Ensure the proper labeling, tagging and packing of goods and materials for distribution to production team Sort and place inbound materials into assigned warehouse racks/shelves, or in bins according to predetermined locations Required to lift up to 35 lbs Required to bend and climb ladders to pull parts Cycle counting Packaging products for shipping Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the storage facility Perform basic data entry and basic math Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience in a warehouse or distribution center SAP experience (materials management module) Forklift experience Ability to: Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds Climb ladders Perform basic math (add and subtract) Communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. | |
