CorTech is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse for our client in Springfield, MO! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $62.06/Hour Shift: Days, 0700-1900 Assignment Length: 8-26 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 (candidate choice) Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) Required Certifications: BLS from AHA only, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start) Required Experience: 1 year Tele Must be willing to float when needed MUST BE FULLY COVID AND FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS General Comments Call Requirements- None Float Requirements- To other MedSurg Units Patient Ratios: varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:7. We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstances. Equipment- Tele, Lift equipment, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps EMR-EPIC Must Have Skills/Experience- MedSurg, Tele, BLS Scrub Color ? Black Any unacceptable attire - Anything but black scrubs Number of beds: 32 Type of Patients on Unit: Med, med tele, respiratory Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Client Service Standards. Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Stand and walk most of the time on duty. Meet unit specific physical demands. Significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance. May be required to work differing schedules, shifts, days of the week, or work frequency according to patient care requirements. High risk exposure to blood and body fluids. Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. | |
