Regrind ( Plastic Manufacturing Plant) Work Location: Atlanta, GA (On-Site) Pay: $15.00 Position: Full-time Schedule: Monday - Friday (7AM - 3:30 PM) Summary: The PET Grinder Operator is tasked with the crucial responsibility of converting scrap preforms and bottles into flake material. Operating within a warehouse environment, this role ensures efficient recycling and reuse of plastic materials, thereby supporting our commitment to sustainable operations. Key Responsibilities: - Operate PET grinders efficiently to convert scrap preforms and bottles into flake material. - Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition. - Sort and prepare plastic bottles for the grinding process. - Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols. - Monitor the quality of the flake material produced, ensuring it meets company standards. - Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage the storage and transportation of flake materials. - Assist in inventory management, tracking the quantity of scrap and flake materials. - Stay informed about the latest grinding techniques and industry best practices. Requirements: - Experience in machinery operation, preferably in a warehouse setting. - Knowledge of safety protocols within a warehouse and production environment. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality in the grinding process. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Commitment to sustainability and efficient resource use. ## | |
