JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Manufacturing Technician for our client in Richmond, VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $21.50/hr Job Description Provide training products for an on-site adult learning center. Preferred candidate will have Manufacturing Production experience and knowledge of processes and equipment. -Candidate will work with the Manager, Training on the following work: -Creating/curating training content -Developing training programs Setting up training (in our learning management system) or in person logistics -Delivering the training (blend of computer based, in-person, virtual, hybrid) -Creating reinforcement materials (job aids, reference documents) -Candidate will have working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (including Microsoft Teams) -Work hours will be approximately 20 hours per week. -Seeking candidates with educator experience (retired or current). This experience can include any parts of academia (Elementary, Middle, High, Collegiate, Private, -Community College, etc.) to support an adult development center in a manufacturing environment that offers a variety of subjects (GED, Computer Skills, Business Writing, Office 365, Lean Manufacturing, Foreign Languages (i.e. Spanish/German) -No Degree not required. Experience in a training role (with Manufacturing preferred) of 3-5 years required. | |
