Dish Team Required 5-hour paid training Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes Washes dishes by hand and places them on racks, conveyors, or dishwashers Wash pots, pans, and trays Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards Sweeps + mops kitchen floors Transfers supplies and equipment from storage to the work area All other duties assigned These are temporary positions and until hired on, stay effective as an employee for Cortech LLC.
