JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Production Associate for our client in Hampshire! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour Shift: M-F 8 AM start time, but expect to work to 10 hours average daily. Job Summary The Production Associate I is responsible for supporting daily production operations within a meat processing facility. Duties include packing, palletizing, staging products, and assisting with machine operations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Pack and palletize finished products · Stage products for shipping or further processing · Assist with production machinery and machine operations as needed · Support meat production and processing activities · Maintain cleanliness of production areas and raw product storage rooms · Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areas · Follow all company safety procedures and food safety guidelines · Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to management · Work collaboratively as part of a production team · Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner Qualifications · 0?2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred · Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods · Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds · Ability to stand, bend, and work for long shifts · Strong teamwork and communication skills · Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed Work Environment · Cold production/manufacturing environment · Meat production and processing facility Required PPE · Steel toe or composite toe boots are required on Day 1 · Tennis shoes or regular shoes are not permitted | |
