Position Summary We are seeking experienced Warehouse Associates with recent forklift operating experience to support a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a physically demanding position requiring employees to be on their feet and PIT use throughout the entire shift while performing repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, reaching, and material handling tasks. Candidates should only apply if they are comfortable performing heavy warehouse work throughout their entire shift and have the required recent PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS Attendance & Reliability Candidates who accept a position are expected to report to work on their confirmed start date and time. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required. Excessive absenteeism, tardiness, or failure to report on the first day may result in immediate removal from consideration or employment. Forklift Experience Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on forklift experience required. Experience must be within a warehouse or distribution environment and should be reflected in the candidate's recent work history with minimal employment gaps. Experience operating: Sit-Down Forklift (Required) Order Picker / Cherry Picker (Required) Reach Truck (Preferred) Electric Pallet Jack (Preferred) Candidates who arrive onsite and are unable to safely demonstrate the required PIT experience may be disqualified from employment immediately. Physical Requirements This position involves continuous physical labor throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to: Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift Stand and walk for up to 8+ hours per day Frequently bend, squat, twist, push, pull, reach, and climb Work at heights of up to 10 feet or more while operating an Order Picker Repetitively handle, move, and organize warehouse materials throughout the workday This is not a light-duty warehouse position. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work from the start of each shift until the end of the shift. Essential Job Duties Pull, pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment Accurately pack and stage orders Ensure shipments are processed correctly and on time Unload incoming deliveries Verify incoming materials and quantities Receive, stage, and stock inventory accurately Organize warehouse inventory Perform inventory counts and cycle counts Restock locations as needed Identify and report inventory discrepancies Qualifications Must Haves: Minimum 1 year of recent Sit-Down Forklift experience Minimum 1 year of recent Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience up to 10 feet high Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the shift Reliable attendance and transportation | |
