Pay Rate - $42/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Job Description We are seeking a Oracle APEX Developer & Database Specialist (1 - 2 years of experience) with a strong foundation in database design, PL/SQL development, and Oracle APEX application development. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, business-oriented, and highly responsive professional who can gather requirements, engage directly with stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end solutions. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, understands the business, and provides exceptional support to users across the region. Required Skills Strong expertise in Oracle Database Design, Data Modeling, SQL, and PL/SQL. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle APEX. Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with application security, user roles, and access management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Skills Snowflake Alteryx Basic Power BI Basic GitLab Basic HTML/CSS Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Desired Profile Database expert with strong technical fundamentals. Skilled Oracle APEX developer capable of independently delivering enterprise applications. Highly proactive and self-motivated. Curious and eager to understand business processes. Extremely responsive and customer-focused. Strong supporter of end users across multiple regions. Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and leading requirements discussions. Agile mindset with experience participating in Scrum ceremonies and iterative development. Work Arrangement Hybrid position. Must be able to work from the Orlando office three (3) days per week. | |
