We are seeking seeking a Product Owner to lead an Agile development team delivering analytics-driven solutions for Customer Operations. This role will translate business needs and data opportunities into product requirements and work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, analytics professionals, engineers, and technology teams to deliver practical solutions. The Product Owner will support functions such as Credit & Collections, Contact Center, and Back Office operations, with a strong focus on using data and analytics to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritize the product backlog, roadmap, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with Customer Operations stakeholders to identify business challenges and analytics opportunities. Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements. Work with data, analytics, engineering, and technology teams from concept through delivery. Develop an understanding of Oracle CC&B and other Customer Operations data sources. Identify data requirements, quality issues, dependencies, and integration needs. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder feedback. Review completed functionality to ensure it meets business requirements. Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers. Ensure analytics solutions provide measurable operational value. | |
