We?re partnering with a leading utility truck and van manufacturer in Brea to find skilled Assemblers for their 1st shift team. Employment Type: Full-time (Temp-to-Hire) Shift: 1st Shift (Monday?Friday, 5:00 AM ? 1:30 PM) Salary: $18 per hour What You?ll Do: - Grind and sand imperfections to ensure top-tier product quality. - Measure, cut, and prepare materials with accuracy. - Assist in assembling utility boxes and components. - Work across departments to support production and training needs. - Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shop environment. What You Bring: - Experience using power and hand tools. - Ability to read a tape measure and follow technical specifications. - Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform shop-floor tasks. - Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. - Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
