Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Product Support Associate to support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations in a team environment. Working under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of product support duties while following established procedures, work instructions, and processes. Responsibilities may include handling raw materials and parts, shipping and receiving, stockroom operations, parts identification, clean operations, and general material handling. Key Responsibilities Perform product support activities according to established procedures and processes. Receive, identify, organize, and handle raw materials and parts. Assist with shipping and receiving activities. Maintain and organize stockroom inventory. Identify and properly handle parts and materials. Move and stage materials throughout the facility as needed. Perform clean operations and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work effectively as part of a team. Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision. Potential Work Areas Employees may be assigned to one or more of the following functions: Raw Stock Parts Identification Shipping Receiving Stockroom Stock Handling Clean Operations Parts Handling Material Handling General Product Support Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, material handling, shipping/receiving, or stockroom experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to safely handle and move materials and parts. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn different product support functions. | |
