JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Production Operator for our client in Columbus, NE! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $20/hr Overnight 12-Hour Rotating Shift: 6pm-6am with weekends included in the rotation. Two days on, two days off, three days on and then opposite days the following week, two days off, two days on, three days off. Job Description The Molding Operator is responsible for supporting the production process by packaging finished products, operating production equipment, maintaining accurate quality documentation, and keeping the work area clean and compliant with GMP standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Package finished products according to established production and quality requirements. Stock and maintain packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production. Complete required quality and production documentation accurately and on time. Operate automatic box-closing equipment safely and efficiently. Move finished product and materials using a manual pallet jack. Maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements and established safety procedures. Inspect packaging and finished products for quality and accuracy. Follow written work instructions, procedures, and production documentation. Work independently while meeting production, quality, and safety expectations. Report equipment, quality, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous manufacturing, molding, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to read and understand work instructions, quality documentation, and production procedures. Must be fluent in English, including reading and writing. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate production and packaging equipment. Ability to use a pallet jack. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Work Environment Fully climate-controlled production facility. Manufacturing/production environment requiring standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive physical activity. Must maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with GMP requirements. Schedule & Breaks One 30-minute break One 15-minute break Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
