Pay: $19 - $20 per hour Position: Fulfillment Lead Location: Hagerstown, MD 21740 About the Team: The Fulfillment team is responsible for outbound operations such as D2C Order fulfillment?picking and packing?and other related Special Projects. Your role with this group will extend to applying leadership and technical skills in each region and establishing effective operational control. Key Responsibilities: ? -Lead & assist a team of 15 ? 20 Associates in the department of fulfillment packing and oversee all finished good labelling, packaging, and case sealing procedures in an efficient manner that complies with regulations and SOPs ? -Oversee Quality Control and reporting over order management and assist with queries in order fulfillment. ? -Assisting the Supervisor in achieving KPI?s such as On-time Shipping rate, -Pick/Pack Efficacy, and Employee Standards over Fulfillment by leading the team of associates to obtain daily goals ? -Utilize Warehouse Management Software to analyze the replenishment level concerning the SKU and restock if needed ? -Oversee day-to-day assignments of Packing/Picking Associates ? -Assist with staff onboarding and training new hires ? -Ensure cleanup of work areas and equipment, and removal and proper disposal of debris and packaging waste Basic Qualification: ? -High School diploma or equivalent ? -1+ years? experience in Picking, Packing, Bulk Area, and, if possible, Value- Added Service. ? -Work with other departments to incorporate real-time updates and regulate the process according to instructions and situations. -Experience with Microsoft tools (Intermediate Level) and Google Sheets, or willingness to learn if needed ? -Ability to work with the team and handle multiple tasks. ? -Excellent verbal and written communication skills & detail-oriented ? -Preferred Bilingual with English and Spanish Working Conditions: ? -Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime work, and/or weekends based on business needs ? -Lift up to 30lb without restrictions ? -Ability to stand and walk continuously during and up to designated shift hours ? -Ability to adapt to change | |
