Description

We are seeking a Visual Inspection Technician to support pharmaceutical drug product manufacturing in a multi-product, cGMP-regulated facility. This role involves visual inspection of drug products, documentation, logistics, cleaning, and support of filling and packaging operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computer-based manufacturing systems, and able to follow SOPs and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced visual inspection of drug products.
Perform palletizing, cleaning, inspection hood preparation, and other manufacturing operations.
Use BioMES/MES systems to document operations and exceptions.
Support drug product filling and packaging activities.
Complete batch records, equipment use logs, work orders, and other manufacturing documentation.
Coordinate logistics and assist with support projects.
Maintain training documentation and training kits.
Follow cGMP and cGDP requirements and established site procedures.
Identify and promptly report abnormalities, deviations, and safety concerns.
Maintain production areas according to 5S standards.
Support quality activities, including investigations, corrective actions, and area walkthroughs.
Maintain required training and, once qualified, assist with training other technicians and associates.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a cGMP-regulated industry.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused, "right-first-time" mindset.
Ability to read and follow SOPs, manufacturing instructions, and procedures.
Experience documenting work accurately according to cGMP standards.
Comfortable using computer-based systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Must have the ability to read and see clearly.
Ability to lift up to approximately 25 lbs., depending on the manufacturing activity.
Important Requirement

Candidates must successfully pass vision testing for visual acuity and color blindness before starting the assignment.

This position is performed in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and requires strict adherence to quality, safety, cleanliness, and documentation standards.
