Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Order Picker to join our warehouse team. This position will be responsible for picking and putting away orders, receiving and stocking incoming materials, and preparing products for shipment. The role requires working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining an organized and secure work area. Candidates must have at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience, including a minimum of 6 months of Order Picker experience, as well as experience using an RF scanner or WMS system. The ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights of up to 30 feet is required. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM?8:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Candidates must be flexible, as hours may change based on business needs. Overtime may be available. This position may offer an opportunity to become temp-to-permanent for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a good overall fit. Key Responsibilities Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. Put away inventory in designated warehouse locations. Use RF scanners and/or WMS systems to track inventory and orders. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and secure warehouse. Follow all safety procedures, especially when working at elevated heights. Assist with other warehouse functions as needed, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory activities. Requirements 6+ months of recent warehouse experience. 6+ months of Order Picker experience required. RF scanner or WMS experience required. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. as needed. Ability and willingness to work at heights up to 30 feet. Reliable transportation. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team. | |
