Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?4:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, order pulling, material handling, and loading/unloading. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recent, consistent sit-down forklift and warehouse shipping/receiving experience and is comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize materials. Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment. Unload incoming trucks. Receive, verify, stage, and put away materials. Wrap and band materials to prepare them for shipment. Assist coworkers with warehouse tasks as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse. Follow assigned tasks and instructions accurately and within required timeframes. Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse operations. Requirements Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required. Minimum 1 year of recent and consistent warehouse shipping/receiving experience. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse environment. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently; items over 50 lbs require team lift or equipment. Ability to stand for the full shift. Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting. Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Warehouse Operations Shipping & Receiving Inventory Material Handling Delivery Pipe Yard Operations Receiving Returns Order Pulling Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse professional who is dependable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and comfortable operating a sit-down forklift. They should be able to follow instructions, work efficiently, and assist with multiple warehouse functions as needed. | |
