Warehouse Associate ? 1st Shift Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:30 AM?5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with picking, packing, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment to customers. This position primarily involves manual paper picking?no RF scanners are used. The ideal candidate has recent warehouse experience, forklift experience, and is comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet. Responsibilities Pick and pack materials accurately according to customer orders. Read and follow work orders and pick sheets. Organize materials and prepare products for shipment. Pull and prepare orders for customers. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials. Operate a sit-down forklift. Work safely at heights up to 25 feet. Maintain an organized, clean, secure, and safe warehouse. Assist with inventory and general warehouse operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Lead. Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience. Sit-down forklift experience required. Comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet. Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking. Ability to read and understand work orders and pick sheets. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of warehouse operations. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred / Nice to Have Stand-up forklift experience. Man-up/order picker experience. Shipping and receiving experience. Delivery or inventory experience. Product knowledge or ability to quickly learn new products. Training may be available for candidates who have the required warehouse and sit-down forklift experience but lack stand-up or man-up/order picker experience.
