Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking, physical Warehouse Associate with strong forklift experience to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound inventory, operate machinery up to 20 feet high, and lift up to 50 lbs. This is an active, fast-paced position where you will spend 75% of your day on your feet. Key Responsibilities- Pull, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials, bags, boxes, and loose-fitting items. Put away stock materials safely on upper shelves. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment. Perform duties across various warehouse zones, including shipping, receiving, returns, and pipe yard operations as needed. Read and interpret daily work orders accurately. Qualifications & Requirements Experience- Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience. Forklift Skills: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating Sit-Down and Stand-Up forklifts, as well as Order Pickers (must be comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet).Work History: Demonstrated longevity with no employment gaps exceeding 3 months (unless a valid reason is provided on the resume).Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for a full shift, and frequently bend, twist, and pull materials. Stamina: Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled facility subject to seasonal outdoor temperatures. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with wholesale distribution environments (such as Lowe?s or Home Depot).General product knowledge or a proven ability to learn inventory details quickly.
