Position Overview We are seeking a Gen AI Analyst to support a growing Customer Operations AI Initiative. This role will help identify opportunities to use Generative AI to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency. The Gen AI Analyst will work closely with the Gen AI Product Owner/Product Manager and business stakeholders to evaluate AI use cases, gather requirements, test AI solutions, develop effective prompts, and support adoption across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for Generative AI and process improvement. Gather, document, and help prioritize business requirements and AI use cases. Evaluate and test AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and other approved platforms. Develop and refine prompts to improve AI-generated outputs and workflows. Document AI use cases, business processes, best practices, and recommendations. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions. Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency. Track adoption metrics and gather user feedback to support continuous improvement. Develop presentations, training materials, and documentation for AI initiatives. Monitor emerging Generative AI capabilities and recommend potential business applications. Required Qualifications 2?5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Technology Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Professional experience using Generative AI productivity tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting and analytics tools. Experience supporting digital transformation, AI, automation, or innovation initiatives. Experience within the utility, financial services, telecommunications, or another regulated industry.
