We?re looking for an experienced Field Engineer 3 to provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, software, and peripherals. ? Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices ? Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues ? Perform PC/laptop reimaging and hardware replacements ? Support servers, enterprise storage, and legacy products ? Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) ? Test and certify PCs, networks, servers, and applications ? Manage service tickets and meet client SLAs ? Provide professional, customer-focused technical support ? What We?re Looking For: ? 1?3 years of IT/computer support experience ? Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills ? Basic networking knowledge ? Experience supporting desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals ? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills ? Professional communication and customer service skills ?
