JobsRUs.com is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Saw Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up and operating saw equipment, handling bar stock, and maintaining a steady flow of cut billets while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. Pay & Available Shifts 1st Shift ? $21.00/hour Monday?Friday | 7:00 AM?3:30 PM Overtime: Saturdays as needed 2nd Shift ? $23.00/hour $21.00 base + $2.00 shift differential Monday?Friday | 3:00 PM?11:30 PM Overtime: Saturdays as needed 3rd Shift ? $24.00/hour $21.00 base + $3.00 shift differential Sunday Night?Friday Morning | 11:00 PM?7:30 AM Overtime: Fridays as needed Must be flexible to work 8?12 hour shifts based on production needs. Responsibilities Unload bar stock bundles and properly position material for sawing. Set up and operate the Bar Stock Rack and Cut-Off Saw using PLC/control panels. Monitor saw equipment to maintain safe and efficient production. Manage the flow of cut billets to floor storage. Perform saw blade and brush changeovers. Properly handle and dispose of scrap material. Complete quality, production, and daily preventive maintenance (PM) documentation. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards. Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Stand and walk for the duration of an 8?12 hour shift. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Forklift experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; training provided. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of machine controls. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of manufacturing safety practices. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work required overtime based on assigned shift.
