Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to support a customer communications program and transformational initiatives across multiple channels. This role combines Product Ownership, Project Management, and Business Analysis, with responsibility for managing backlogs, gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and driving enhancements through completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with both technical and non-technical teams. Key Responsibilities Manage customer communications programs, enhancements, priorities, and backlogs. Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable deliverables. Coordinate projects and initiatives across internal teams and third-party vendors. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Manage documentation, action items, status updates, and deliverables. Support Agile development activities and manage tasks/sprints using tools such as Monday.com. Coordinate customer communications for planned and emergency events. Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, and customer communication capabilities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related field. Experience with requirements gathering, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Experience working with third-party vendors or technology partners. Agile environment experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong technical aptitude; coding experience is not required. Preferred Qualifications- Customer communications, customer experience, or digital product experience. Utility or other regulated-industry experience. Experience with Monday.com or similar tools. Experience with SMS, email, voice, web, or mobile communication platforms. Emergency communications or other time-sensitive customer-facing experience. | |
