1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7am-5:30pm, overtime as needed on Friday

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Packaging Technician to support the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products. This position is responsible for ensuring products are packaged accurately and in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products according to established procedures.
Perform finished-product packaging to meet customer, clinical, and production requirements.
Inspect in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality.
Identify and remove defective products or packaging materials.
Complete accurate manufacturing documentation, including device history records and inventory records.
Perform basic mathematical calculations to complete batch records and production documentation.
Assist with inventory counts as needed.
Maintain accurate records and follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Clean and maintain packaging stations and processing equipment.
Follow PPE, gowning, and product contamination-control requirements.
Handle hazardous waste according to established safety procedures.
Participate in safety audits, daily safety discussions, and workplace safety activities.
Follow all company quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
Work effectively with team members to meet production and quality goals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:
High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of industry or manufacturing experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality requirements.

Preferred Skills
Manufacturing or production experience.
Packaging or inspection experience.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with batch records or manufacturing documentation.
Experience with inventory counting.
Knowledge of GMP or quality systems.
Experience working with PPE, gowning, or contamination-control procedures.

Work Schedule
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including static or rotating shifts.
Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Regular and punctual attendance is required.
