Location: Atlanta, GA (South Fulton) Day Shift Pay: $15.45/hr Night Shift Pay: $16.22/hr Position: Production Associate Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Day or Night Shift ( The schedule alternates between four-day and three-day workweeks. Overtime may be required based on production needs.) Day Shift: 6:45 AM-7:15 PM Night Shift: 6:45 PM-7:15 AM Rotating Workdays: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday The schedule rotates between four-day and three-day workweeks. Overtime may be required based on production needs. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking Production Associates to support downstream operations in a plastic bottle manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate palletizers, conveyors, and other downstream production equipment * Monitor products to ensure quality and specifications are met * Clean and maintain equipment and production areas * Complete required production reports and documentation * Follow all safety, quality, GMP, and housekeeping procedures * Identify and report equipment or product quality issues * Work closely with team members to maintain production flow REQUIREMENTS * Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred * Comfortable operating and working around production machinery * Strong attention to safety and product quality * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work 12-hour rotating shizfts * Knowledge of GMP, ISO, BOS, or SAP is a plus ## | |
