These positions are critical for ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and our customers receive high-quality meals promptly. Shift Details and Scheduling Requirements Position 1: Day Shift (1 Opening) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM (or until the job is completed) - Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM ? 3:00 PM (or until the job is completed) - Off Days: Thursday & Friday Position 2: Evening Shift (2 Openings) - Hours: 3:00 PM ? 11:00 PM - Schedule A: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Wednesday & Thursday off) - Schedule B: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (Thursday & Friday off) Core Responsibilities - Prepare and cook food quickly according to customer orders, including grilling, frying, and assembling dishes. - Set up prep stations, stock inventory, and monitor ingredient levels. - Perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and mixing ingredients. - Operate and maintain kitchen equipment like grills, fryers, and blenders safely. Skills and Qualifications - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. - Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. - Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. - Attention to detail. - Strong time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills. - High school diploma or equivalent.
