We are seeking an experienced Operations / Plant Manager to oversee daily warehouse and production support operations within a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory control, purchasing coordination, safety, and operational performance while supporting production and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse and plant support operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping. Manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods to support production. Oversee inventory levels, purchasing, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy. Lead and develop warehouse personnel, including training and performance management. Ensure safe forklift operations and material handling practices. Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety standards. Partner with Production, Purchasing, and other departments to meet operational and production goals. Identify and implement improvements to efficiency, workflow, inventory control, and overall plant operations. Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are consistently supported. Required Qualifications: Previous experience in operations, plant management, or warehouse management. Food manufacturing experience. Previous management or leadership experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with purchasing/procurement. Strong knowledge of inventory management. Knowledge of food safety and GMPs.
