1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm. Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices. This position will also assist with equipment setup, operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, reliable transportation, a stable work history, and strong attention to detail. This is a team-oriented manufacturing environment where employees may rotate between different tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, fabricate, test, and package medical devices according to established procedures.
Set up and operate manufacturing and processing equipment.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet established specifications.
Follow SOPs, work instructions, quality guidelines, and safety procedures.
Read and interpret written specifications and manufacturing instructions.
Perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
Use basic inspection and measurement tools, including microscopes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Rotate between different production tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, Team Leads, and Supervisors.
Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining attention to detail.
Report equipment, quality, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Work flexible or extended hours when required.

Qualifications

Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Reliable transportation.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
Ability to work standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Preferred:
0?1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
Experience working with basic tools, measurement equipment, or microscopes.
Previous medical device or regulated manufacturing experience.
