Weekly Pay! $24.00/Hour Shift Details : 2nd Shift Start Time : 03:30PM End Time : 11:30PM Working days : Monday - Friday JOB DESCRIPTION: Education required: High School diploma or GED Experience: Production work preferred but not required Preferred Skills or Qualifications: Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills Basic knowledge and use of hand tools Sound decision making skills Good math, reading, writing skills Demonstrated mechanical aptitude Strong trouble shooting skills Be able to exercise continuous mental, visual, and audio attention Ability to work well in a team environment Skills or Competencies: Basic computer skills Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action. Vision: Near acuity and accommodation for reading information to perform job tasks. Requires constant alertness to surroundings and product quality with attention to detail. Must be able to demonstrate ability to operate department equipment (i.e. NEB braiders, TMW and OMA braiders, etc.) Must be able to read work orders and interpret manufacturing specifications. Ability to use and interpret measuring instruments (i.e. calipers, micrometers, pi tape, etc.) Organizational relationships or scope: Report directly to Value Stream Team Leader Work closely with Maintenance to resolve issues with the equipment Working Conditions: The employee may be subject to: High noise levels from operating machines and equipment. Physical hazards from operating machines Work in areas where safety equipment will be required (steel toe shoes, eye protection, hearing protection) Standing is required for extended periods of time. Walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, turning, twisting, squatting, and lifting is performed on a regular basis Requires high degree of manual dexterity, which could be performed under restrictive conditions Requires flexible hours and short notice for overtime. | |
