$27.76/Hour 2 Year+ Assignment Weekly Pay and Benefits Available! We're looking for a Calibration & Repair Service Technician to join our client's team at their Roseville Service Center in an on-site contract role. In this position, you'll provide hands-on technical support for a wide range of test and measurement instruments, helping both our internal teams and external customers. What You'll Do As part of our service team, you will: Calibrate, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair high-end test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment following established procedures. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and testing to identify and resolve technical issues. Analyze equipment problems, determine root causes, and support corrective actions. Escalate more complex technical issues to senior technicians or engineering support when needed. Support calibration and repair processes while ensuring work meets quality and productivity standards. Work closely with service engineers, field teams, and support staff to provide timely solutions for our customers. Maintain high standards of workmanship while meeting service commitments and turnaround goals. Follow established quality processes, including ESD controls, connector care requirements, and Service Notes to minimize rework. Manage your time effectively while balancing multiple priorities in a service-center environment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your work will play an important role in helping the company deliver exceptional service and maintain the high level of quality our customers expect. Skills & Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: Relevant education, technical training, certification, or equivalent military technical experience. Four (4) or more years of experience calibrating and repairing electronic test and measurement equipment (preferred). Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills. The ability to diagnose technical issues and apply practical problem-solving techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Experience following ESD procedures, connector care practices, and other quality standards. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both customers and teammates. A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams. A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and high ethical standards. | |
