Summary: Supervise and maintain product assembly operations, ensure that all line personnel follow GMP???s and safety rules. This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ??? Perform duties and responsibilities as outlined in Site Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP???s) and related documents ??? Understand and apply GMP in workplace ??? Comprehend bill of materials and set up production line accordingly ??? Be sure all necessary paperwork is completed for production run ??? Interact with Q.C. ensuring all aspects of production are approved prior to actual production run ??? Supervise and maintain product assembly operation ensuring safety of line personnel as well as quality of product ??? Meet or exceed expected production quotas ??? Instruct required task and quality tolerances to each line worker clearly an respectfully ??? Ensure line workers are following GMP ??? Maintain personal tool box and contents required to perform your job ??? Interact & instruct material handles and palletizers in executing required duties for production clearly and respectfully ??? Relay information to supervisor concerning safety or GMP violations, machine failure and ordering of replacement parts needed. Must read and write English and Spanish. Strong mathematical skills. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs## | |
