JOB DESCRIPTION:

PERFORMANCE DETAILS:
Major Objectives:
Analyze, maintain, and report on workforce data, including hiring, attrition, headcount, diversity, education, and succession planning metrics to support business and HR decisionmaking.
Develop, update, and distribute executivelevel dashboards, scorecards, and reports for senior leadership, including CEO and organizational reporting.
Query, validate, manipulate, and reconcile large datasets using Excel, SQL, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Support annual, regulatory, and ad hoc reporting requirements by gathering data, performing analysis, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate business requirements into meaningful analytics, and provide datadriven solutions.

Responsibilities and Job Description:
This position supports Client People Analytics team and is ideal for someone with strong analytical and reporting skills who enjoys working with large datasets, building executivelevel reporting, and ensuring exceptional data accuracy.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of relevant analytics or reporting experience
Drivers License
Experience with reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Ability to assess and analyze diverse information, formulate recommendations, and make informed decisions.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Required Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise is the single most important qualification.
Candidates should be comfortable with:
Advanced formulas
Pivot Tables
Lookups (VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, INDEX or MATCH)
Data validation and manipulation
Working with large datasets
VBA and Macros are notrequired.

Preferred Skills:
HR or People Analytics experience helpful but not required.
Workforce reporting
Regulatory reporting
Executive dashboard development
Succession planning analytics
Diversity and inclusion reporting
Preferred Technical Skills
SQL (preferred)
Power BI (preferred)
Tableau or Oracle Analytics Cloud experience is transferable
Python is a significant plus
Candidates lacking Power BI or SQL may still be considered if they demonstrate exceptional Excel skills and strong analytical ability.

Education or Certification Requirement:
Bachelors degree required
