Position: Warehouse Customer Service Representative II (CSR II) Location: Oakland, CA Shift: Monday - Friday; 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Pay: $25-$28 (Negotiable DOE) We are specifically seeking candidates with direct experience managing export transload accounts within a warehouse, 3PL, or logistics environment. This role will be responsible for supporting daily customer operations, coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and serving as a key connection between our customers, carriers, and warehouse teams. Key Qualifications: *Direct experience handling export transload accounts is required *2+ years of warehouse customer service, logistics, or 3PL experience *Experience coordinating export shipments, containers, and transportation providers *Knowledge of export documentation (BOLs, packing lists, shipping paperwork) *Strong communication and customer service skills *Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment *Experience with WMS/TMS systems and Excel preferred The ideal candidate will be someone who understands warehouse operations, can confidently communicate with customers and carriers, and can proactively manage shipment activity from start to finish. | |
