JobsRUs.com is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler II candidates to join our warehouse team in Shorewood, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, shipping, sorting, storing, and moving materials while supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and committed to accuracy and quality. Location: Shorewood, IL Position: Material Handler II Schedule: Sunday ? Thursday | 7:30 AM ? 4:00 PM (Off Friday & Saturday) Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Responsibilities Receive, sort, and store materials in designated warehouse locations Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Move materials from trucks, pallets, or racks and prepare orders for shipment Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and warehouse transactions Print and apply shipping labels and required documentation Wrap pallets using stretch wrap and other packaging materials Inspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly Organize inventory and maintain accurate product placement Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow quality standards, company procedures, and safety regulations Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
