Pay: $19.50/hour Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Temp to permanent opportunity Benefits: 401k Health, Dental and Vision Insurance after 90 days Supplemental Health Insurance Weekly Pay Every Friday $50 30 Day Perfect Attendance Bonus Position Overview JobsRUs.com is seeking reliable and motivated Distribution Associates for a leading distribution and logistics operation in Plainfield, Indiana. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet, using warehouse technology, and meeting productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities: Process customer orders by scanning barcodes and picking products Label, package, and prepare shipments for distribution Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems Palletize orders and stage products for shipping Verify order accuracy and quality before shipment Perform shipping and manifest activities as assigned Operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks Assist with inventory movement and warehouse operations Support other warehouse departments as needed Qualifications Preferred: High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, logistics, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience Experience using RF scanners Experience operating electric pallet jacks or material handling equipment (MHE) Skills & Abilities: Ability to read and interpret warehouse documents Strong attention to detail Dependable and safety-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to obtain electric pallet jack certification Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels Additional Requirements: Steel-toed shoes required Must be available for overtime as needed Background check required 10-panel drug screen required All onboarding requirements must be completed prior to start Why Work with JobsRUs.com?
