A growing candy manufacturing company in San Bernardino, CA is looking for a dependable Roaster to join our 1st shift production team. The ideal candidate has cooking or food preparation experience and is comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment. Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday ? Friday 1st Shift (4am - 2:30pm) Must be flexible with start times and available for overtime as needed Responsibilities: - Roast nuts using industrial roasting barrels - Measure and prepare ingredients according to production specifications - Pour ingredients into roasting barrels - Lift and move buckets weighing up to 50 lbs. - Monitor the roasting process to ensure product quality - Work safely around open flames and high-temperature equipment - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all food safety and company procedures Qualifications: - Previous cooking, baking, or food production experience required - Comfortable working in a hot environment and around open flames - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift - Must be able to read and write in English - Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us? - Full-time opportunity - Stable Monday?Friday schedule - Weekly overtime opportunities - Growth potential within the company - Supportive team environment Apply today if you're ready to join a growing team! | |
