JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Buyer for our client in Chandler, AZ! Pay $24.00/Hour 8am?5pm (flexible within range) 1 hour unpaid lunch Repair Buyer Position Support NXP CHD parts room for spares of repaired parts *****This is a hands-on position that requires regular movement of repairable parts between designated areas, including drop-off, storage, pending approval, and dock locations. Unlike a traditional buyer role that is primarily desk-based, this position involves physical activity for up to 50% of the workday. Responsibilities: ? Process items for repair based on customer approved min/max ? Create purchase orders and send through to approval ? Transmit PO?s, request RMA?s, do DECON forms and do shippers for approved repairs ? Work with vendors to have accurate pricing and delivery dates ? Manage open liabilities ? Build customer and supplier contacts ? Reach VMI and PPV cost savings goal set by management Qualifications: ? Strong customer service skills. ? Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. ? Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and above average math skills. ? Ability to handle pressure and work effectively within deadlines. ? Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications. (Preferred but not necessary.) Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Experience: Proven experience in a buyer or procurement role, preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment. ? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Problem Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. ? Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. ? Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in order processing and documentation. ? Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. | |
