Weekly Pay! $30.00/Hour Shift Details : 1st Shift Start Time : 08:00AM End Time : 05:00PM JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative support to a high-volume recruiting team. This role will partner closely with recruiters to manage candidate workflow activities, including reviewing and grading Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) for DOT-regulated positions, scheduling qualified candidates for interviews with hiring managers, and supporting candidate progression throughout the hiring process. Additional responsibilities may include loading candidates into virtual assistant screening platforms, reviewing screening results, maintaining candidate records within the applicant tracking system, and assisting with other recruiting coordination activities as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous Talent Acquisition Coordinator or recruiting support experience, preferably in a high-volume environment supporting CDL driver hiring or other DOT-regulated positions. Candidates should have experience reviewing MVRs, knowledge of DOT hiring requirements, strong organizational skills, and experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. This position is fully remote but requires availability during Mountain Time Zone business hours. Experience with recruiting automation tools, virtual assistant platforms such as Paradox, and interview scheduling is preferred. | |
