Weekly Pay! $25.00/Hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Providing scheduling and administrative support for recruiters to free up their time for strategic sourcing and relationship building. Coordinating phone screens and interviews across various time zones and regions. Running daily and weekly reports. Ensuring a white-glove candidate experience by responding to inquiries and moving them through the process in a timely manner to ensure no candidate drop off. Assisting TA leadership as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent Experience: 1-2 years' preferred with MS Office knowledge and using Applicant Tracking Systems. 6-12 months using texting scheduling platforms such as Paradox. | |
