We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in supporting equipment operations, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration.

Shift M-F 8:45am-5:00pm
Pay: 19.00
Location: onsite

What You'll Do

In this dynamic role, you'll be at the center of our equipment and customer support operations by:

Coordinating and processing orders for capital equipment while partnering with Sales, Finance, Contracts, Pricing, and Territory Teams
Serving as a trusted point of contact for customer technical support needs and inquiries
Managing service and repair activities to ensure equipment is returned to customers efficiently and accurately
Monitoring service and repair workflows through internal systems and databases
Overseeing equipment loaner programs, invoicing, evaluations, exchanges, and trade-out processes
Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams to support exciting new product launches
Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Helping drive operational excellence through accurate documentation, communication, and follow-through
What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a passion for customer service and operational success.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills
Ability to professionally navigate and resolve challenging customer situations

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, JD Edwards, ServiceMax, or similar platforms
Previous experience supporting equipment operations, customer service, service coordination, or order management
