Assembler 3 (Contract) Sandy, UT JobsRUs.com is hiring! We are currently seeking an Assembler 3 to join our team in Sandy, Utah. This is a hands-on role supporting the assembly and development of medical device components in a clean, structured environment. Job Details Location: Sandy, UT (Onsite) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour Weekly Hours: 40 (overtime may be available) Assignment Length: Contract (through early 2027) What You will Do: Perform mechanical assembly and sample builds for medical device components Mix chemical formulations and apply coatings/lubrication to products Use specialized tools and equipment to complete builds (including heat forming) Prepare, photograph, and document samples for testing and evaluation Conduct inspections and ensure products meet quality standards Follow SOPs and established processes to maintain compliance Assist with testing, packaging, and troubleshooting as needed What a Typical Day Looks Like: After training, you will work independently to: Execute build protocols provided by engineering Prepare and evaluate samples Identify and report any abnormalities or equipment issues Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the process What We are Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions in English Basic math skills and attention to detail Reliable attendance and ability to work full-time hours Preferred: 2+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience Experience with mechanical assembly or chemical mixing Familiarity with measurement tools (microscopes, gauges, etc.) Key Skills Strong attention to detail Willingness to ask questions and learn processes correctly Ability to work independently after training Team-oriented with solid communication skills Problem awareness (quickly identifying issues or inconsistencies) Physical Requirements Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a production environment Benefits (through JobsRUs.com) Weekly pay every Friday!
