Pay Rate - $24/hr
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description
Analyze expense reports and/or American Express statements (purchasing card, meeting card, supplier card, etc.) received and ensure appropriate approval, accounting treatment (capitalization/expense) and general ledger account coding with respect to operating unit, department, and account.

Major Responsibilities
· Process and review expense and statement reports in Concur system.
· Perform monthly quality reviews for Concur and American Express programs.
· Communicate with cardholders regarding statements, reports, journal entries, and other items as needed.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in Concur/American Express processing
