Job Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing professional administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This position is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming communications, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and electronic communications.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance.
* Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed.
* Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
* Operate standard office equipment including multi-line phone systems, copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
* Assist various departments with administrative projects and support activities.
* Prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Follow established office procedures and contribute to efficient daily operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
* Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience in a busy office environment utilizing modern office technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Technical Skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
* Working knowledge of standard office equipment and technology.
