Worker Support Representative Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Schedule: 2nd shift We are looking for a reliable, professional, and people-oriented individual to provide onsite support for our contingent workforce. This role is a great fit for someone with experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, supervision, or warehouse/distribution operations who enjoys working with employees, solving issues, and helping create a positive work environment. Main Responsibilities: ? Provide onsite support to contingent workers during assigned shifts ? Assist with worker check-ins, new hire starts, and 3rd shift support ? Communicate with supervisors and department managers regarding attendance, performance, and staffing needs ? Follow up on call-outs, late arrivals, and employee concerns ? Support onboarding, compliance, orientations, and timekeeping processes ? Help document and escalate attendance, performance, or employee relations issues ? Assist with recruiting, retention, and local hiring efforts ? Help maintain strong communication between the client, workers, MSP, and JobsRUs/CorTech ? Create a positive and professional experience for all contingent employees Ideal Candidate: ? Strong communication and customer service skills ? Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented ? Able to work independently with minimal supervision ? Good time management and organizational skills ? Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, warehouse, or distribution is preferred ? Supervisory or employee relations experience is a plus ? Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required This position is important in helping improve worker support, attendance, retention, communication, and overall site coverage beyond standard business hours. | |
