Medical Device Assembler Pay: $16.50 per hour Schedule: Primary Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM Fridays: 8-hour shifts, approximately 2 Fridays per month (advance notice provided for any changes) Training Period: Must be available to work day shift (6:00 AM through 4:30 PM) for 1 to 3 months Benefits: 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay every Friday Supplemental Health Insurance Attendance bonuses 30 day and 60 day Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks in the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices while adhering to strict quality standards and operating procedures. Key Responsibilities Assemble, test, and package medical devices according to specifications Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on buffing equipment Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established guidelines Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required) 1 to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preffered Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications Basic math skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to use measurement tools (e.g., microscopes) Flexible and dependable with good attendance Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Additional Information Employees must be willing to rotate tasks within the production process Friday work schedule (through September 2026) will be communicated in advance BD04123JD | |
