JobsRUs.com is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Return Merchandise Customer Service Representative to support product return operations and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is responsible for processing return requests, coordinating repairs or replacements, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. Location: Wood Dale, IL Schedule: Monday?Friday | 8:00 AM ? 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $22?$25/hour Key Responsibilities: ? Process incoming product returns and issue RMA numbers ? Inspect returned items and manage receiving procedures ? Communicate with customers regarding return status and resolutions ? Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and production teams ? Maintain accurate return records for tracking, auditing, and reporting ? Troubleshoot and resolve return discrepancies and issues ? Ensure returns comply with company policies and warranty guidelines ? Prepare reports on return trends, warranty claims, and product defects Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required ? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, CRM systems, WMS, and ERP systems (SAP preferred) ?
