Pay Rate - $35/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST Job Description SAP Supply Chain Specialist with expertise in managing multiple direct material classes, creating and managing purchasing orders for domestic and export customers, and resolving SAP invoicing issues related to materials purchase orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interpreting production requirements (systematically), developing delivery plans to meet the needs of production, and must have the ability to work autonomously to resolve material procurements issues. Additionally, they should possess a solid understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Mandatory Requirements: Experience with PowerBI and Excel (specifically pivot tables) are required. Candidate with materials management experience, PO management experience and finance/invoicing expertise; SAP supply chain specialist Extensive experience required in MRP management in SAP Must have extensive experience in creating and managing purchase orders in a high volume, fast-paced environment Must have an understanding of invoice reconciliation in SAP Previous experience in Altria / PMUSA logistics and systems is highly preferred Proven experience working with SAP to manage materials to include purchase order creation and management for multiple commodities in a high-paced environment. Strong background in shipping and receiving processes, including logistics, inventory management, and coordination with suppliers and carriers. Solid understanding of finance principles and the ability to navigate in SAP to resolve inventory/shipping & receiving issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Primary Responsibilities: Independently analyze and execute MRP functionality to plan and secure critical materials. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production planning team, finance department, and shipping/receiving personnel, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Perform financial reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records by reconciling finances with shipping records. Work autonomously to develop off-line strategic supplier analyses, production planning/scheduling business analyses, scenario management, and modeling contingency simulations to predict and address total supply chain issues and/or make future recommendations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels using trackers in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and other unique systems. 10 years of relevant experience.
