Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion. You will leverage your industry knowledge to identify opportunities, develop tailored workforce solutions, and position our firm as a trusted partner in talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
? Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within key industries (e.g., IT, healthcare, light industrial, finance, etc.).
? Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at client organizations, including HR leaders and hiring managers.
? Develop customized staffing solutions that address client workforce needs and challenges.
? Negotiate contracts and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
? Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.
? Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
? Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
? Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.
? Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
? 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the staffing industry.
? Demonstrated ability to close new business and grow existing accounts.
? Strong understanding of staffing models, workforce solutions, and labor market dynamics.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

? Experience with MSP/VMS programs and RPO models.
